1. PALMS will not carry out cash refunds.
  2. PALMS will refund fresh bottles in the event of spoilage. The new batch of bottles will be delivered straight to the customer’s house at no additional cost at the latest delivery date.
  3. Customers are expected to keep bottles in the required environment (<4 degrees Celsius), spoilage deemed to be the result of bad handling by customers will not be refunded. To assess this, control bottles will be kept for every batch made in order to assess the freshness of each batch.
  4. In the event of spoilage that resulted due to bad handling from our end, PALMS will happily adhere to our good natured obligation and will carry out a refund at the latest delivery date.
  5. PALMS Fresh Enterprise reserves the right to reject refunds that we deem un-truthful.
